Your Responsibilities:
As a Host/Hostess, your main duties will include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating with the team to ensure a flawless guest experience from arrival onward. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the seating plan, handling phone calls, confirming reservations, and supporting CRM-related tasks. You will also ensure that the reception and cloakroom areas are always tidy, have a thorough knowledge of the hotel facilities to guide guests, and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess.
- Technical Skills: Experience using CRM systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
