What is your mission?
* Manage scheduling changes to ensure adequate daily resource coverage
* Collaborate with Operations management to enforce schedule adherence and auxiliary code usage
* Analyze operational data to generate forecasting matrices that improve efficiency (e.g., adjusting start times)
* Ensure accurate accumulation and categorization of hours per company procedures
* Coordinate with analysts to maintain coverage and provide up-to-date statistical data
* Perform additional duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System
Who are we looking for?
* Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in any field
* Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
* Knowledge of Workforce Management Software is advantageous
* Skilled in statistical analysis and report generation
* Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills in English and the supporting market language
