We are looking for a person to join the Engineering Department of the Zaragoza Product Company as a Test Engineer specialized in energy storage systems (battery/inverter systems) .
The selected candidate will become part of the Prototype Laboratory team for Power & Light products, performing the following functions:
1. Develop and implement test methods in accordance with standards and/or other requirements.
2. Evaluate the accuracy of the measurements/values obtained according to the test procedure.
3. Prepare technical proposals for tasks to be carried out in the prototype lab.
4. Supervise the preparation, execution, and data collection of prototype tests.
5. Analyze test results.
6. Verify that prototypes comply with the specifications agreed upon in the project Master Specification.
Technical requirements for the position:
7. Experience in developing test methods, with at least 2 years of hands-on testing experience.
8. Experience in evaluating the accuracy of obtained results.
9. Ability to interpret and apply standards.
10. Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
11. Experience with statistical techniques.
12. Knowledge of instrumentation and measuring equipment (hardware and software).
13. Theoretical and/or practical knowledge in electricity, power electronics, cooling systems, batteries, inverters, solar chargers, PLC controllers, and HMI.
14. High level of English (spoken and written).
15. Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
