At Carbinox, we build rugged smartwatches for hardworking men in construction, welding, mechanics, and beyond. With over 400,000 loyal customers, we've built trust by delivering durability, affordability, and performance. Now, we're looking for a Head of Organic Marketing to scale our organic channels and drive meaningful revenue growth.
You'll own Carbinox's organic marketing engine, leading a team and pushing strategy across Email, SMS, Social Media, Communities, Affiliate, and new growth channels. This isn't a "sit back and oversee" role, you'll be rolling up your sleeves to build, test, and optimize campaigns that directly move the revenue needle.
Email & SMS Marketing – Lead and supervise the department to grow % of revenue from retention channels.
Social Media Growth – Manage organic social channels, grow follower base, and increase engagement.
Affiliate Marketing – Scale our affiliate program to boost revenue and partnerships.
Postcard Marketing – Build and manage a brand-new direct mail channel from scratch.
Community Management – Oversee public and private Facebook groups, driving engagement, loyalty, and revenue.
Reporting & Analysis – Track KPIs weekly / bi-weekly, monitor ROI, and optimize campaigns for growth.
Proven experience in eCommerce DTC brands (must).
Expertise in Email & SMS marketing—you know how to drive retention and revenue.
Strong background in social media growth strategies and community building.
Hands-on knowledge of affiliate programs and direct mail / postcard marketing.
Skilled in content creation, influencer marketing, and copywriting.
Track record of making brands go viral and scaling organic revenue.
