Mission:
We're looking for someone who has a mix of operational prowess to get great work done, the negotiation and collaboration skills needed to bring out the best from all the departments, the strategic, innovative and creative thinking that's required to develop outside the box solutions, and the emotional intelligence and humility required to lead fast-paced projects and inspire a team of people across different countries.
As a SAP Process Lead, you will work with an own methodology aimed to analyse and assess the current processes in each department, site and region against how general process are set in Fluidra. This will help you identify the gaps and design an action plan in order to set common criteria, share best-practices and enable, at the end, top performing and higher efficiency, with the support of the systems and technology integration across the divisions.
Your responsibilities:
* You will be the link between the business area and the IT technical area by helping management identify and define the business processes, and by coordinating the adaptation of business processes to the corporate ERP, together with the technical team.
* You will lead assessment projects to identify the current business processes of the company and to define how the existing ones need to evolve, whilst identifying the benefits of having new process in place and documenting expected results.
* You will accompany the entire ERP implementation process within the Group companies, in collaboration with the IT Business Partners area.
* You will be responsible for communicating to the business the status of the projects and the main issues in their deployment through the Work stream relationship model.
* You will collaborate with the project office during the execution of the projects in terms of timings, resources, risks, etc.

* Stay informed, engaged and proactive in driving projects forward.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following:
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, specializing in SAP process management.
* Strong data-driven mindset: making decisions based on data while applying sound business judgment when necessary.
* Expert in SAP, with in-depth knowledge of processes and system functionality.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and drive consensus.
* Highly curious and eager to acquire a deep understanding of processes, systems and business needs.
* Agile mindset, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.
* A natural bias for action, always pushing to make things happen, while being objective and deadline-oriented.
* Demonstrated experience in project and change management.
* Proven ability to work collaboratively across businesses and with a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
* Critical thinking with a strong ability to diagnose capability gaps and identify solutions.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to find smart and elegant solutions to complex, multi-disciplinary problems.
* Experience leading cross functional teams will be an advantage.
* Fluency in English, verbal and written communication (plus Spanish as bonus).
