We have more than **135 sales branches** and more than **35 production centers** around the world, in addition to strategically distributed logistics hubs that support our production and distribution centers.- Our team is comprised of more than **7,000 employees** motivated and skilled employees from **over 45 countries**.**Mission**:- The Strategy team plays a critical role in shaping the company's future bychallenging the status quo, ensuring strategic clarity and enhancingcommunication between management, the Board, investors, employees andpartners.- We are looking for a Strategy Manager passionate about shaping the company´sfuture, with strong analytics skills, collaborative and down to earth approach.**Your responsibilities**:**Challenging and supporting decision-making**- Critical advisor to the business by challenging assumptions and decisions- Analytical insights to guide executive team in making informed decisions- Identification of risks and opportunities that can impact the company´s strategy**Strategic planning and alignment**- Lead the development of the company strategic plans and goals and ensure alignment across business- Work with executive leadership team to define priorities**Market and competitive analysis**- Articulation of strategy to internal and external stakeholders- Ensure alignment with Board expectations- Support articulate strategy internally and externally**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude and the following**:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; Master's degree a plus- Proven experience 4-5 years in consulting, advisory, corporate strategy roles or a related field- Track record in leading strategic planning and influencing senior leadership Challenge status quo mindset- Excellent analytical skills- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines- Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross functional collaboration and presentation skills- Ability to navigate complex business challenges and drive results in a dynamic environment- Mid level experience (4-5 years)- At Fluidra, we are committed to both the professional and personal development of our employees.
