In this context, the Principal E2E Business Analyst plays a key role in translating business requirements into digital platform enhancements, focusing on Pricing & Quotation solutions (Pricefx, CPQ for Services – CPQ4S).
What will you do?
Within the Services Digital Team, collaborating with Business and platform teams, your responsibilities include gathering and evaluating requirements for the Pricefx and Oracle CPQ Cloud platforms. Your project supports the large-scale Services Front Office growth and business transformation. Your tasks include:
* Analyzing requirements, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions enhancements
* Leading cross-functional process discussions, negotiating target processes, and documenting current and future processes
* Collaborating with external IT partners and internal teams across countries
* Simplifying complex information and delivering scalable solutions based on best practices
* Promoting the reference model to minimize unnecessary evolutions
* Owning and leading topics such as RPA, document management, UI/UX, and mobile solutions
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
* University or Engineering degree, preferably in a technical discipline with business management
* Proven experience in gathering business requirements in complex international environments
* Knowledge of front office products like Salesforce.com, Oracle CPQ Cloud, Pricefx, or similar, and ERP platforms (SAP and/or Oracle)
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT
