ABOUT THE ROLE 60; We are looking for a proactive, commercially-minded portfolio leader to take ownership of how we manage, grow, and optimize our merchant and partner portfolio.You will act as the orchestrator of the full commercial and operational lifecycle of our merchants and partners, balancing growth, sustainability, and operational stability. 60;You will work closely with Business Development, Compliance, Payments and Operations, helping the company make better decisions about our existing and future portfolio.This role requires a systems thinker, someone who builds structure, identifies opportunities, and leads cross-functional initiatives with confidence and energy.

WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON Own the merchant and partner portfolio as a business unit: analyze performance, risks, and growth potential across the portfolio Understand differences in commercial models, operational setups, and risk profiles Drive portfolio health and stability: 60;monitor operational and financial performance, as well as compliance-related indicators (volumes, transaction performance, compliance and operational metrics) Proactively identify potential risks and performance gaps and drive improvements Lead commercial growth within the existing portfolio: identify upsell and expansion opportunities based on data and client analysis Understand merchants’ and partners’ business plans and align our value delivery accordingly Orchestrate cross-functional execution: coordinate with Compliance,Payments, Support, Finance, and Operations Ensure merchants and partners are set up and managed in line with strategic priorities Build portfolio transparency and reporting: create structured profiles and dashboards for merchants and partners, provide clear, data-driven insights and forecasts to leadership Support decision-making on new business: analyze new prospects from Business Development and 60;support evaluation of new prospects from a commercial and operational perspective. 60; WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE At least 4+ years of experience in strategic account management, portfolio management, commercial operations, or similar roles 60;Strong ability to work with data, analytics, and performance indicators 60;Experience in Fintech, Payments, SaaS or other complex B2B environments 60; 60;Proven track record of driving growth and stability within an existing client or partner portfolio 60;Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without formal authority 60;Strong communication style: confident and clear 60;Self-driven, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity 60;Ability to balance commercial opportunity with operational and risk considerations 60;Good 60;English (at least upper-intermediate level) 60;+ fluent russian 60; WHAT WE OFFER An opportunity to make something great even greater, you can be the reason why we grow, develop, and become 60; the best fintech company on the market!
