Overview
Sr. Analyst, SAP Analytics DevOps is a role in PepsiCo's Data, Analytics, and AI team responsible for supporting and evolving critical business analytics capabilities.
The key responsibilities include:
* SAP Analytics (including TPM)
* Providing functional and technical consultancy to team stakeholders (users, IT solution leads, and other teams)
* Continuously identifying and improving systems to meet growing business requirements and eliminate recurring problems
* Providing analysis and solutions for incidents while ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
* Governance of SAP Analytics/TPM solutions (Dev Sync, Quality Assurance)
* Project governance and delivery (for project assignments)
This role reports to the Data Analytics and AI team leadership, specifically the SAP BI / Analytics team lead.
Responsibilities
* Ensure SAP PGT Analytics DevOps service delivery for Europe within agreed SLAs
* Adhere to standards and best practices for SAP PGT Analytics solutions
* Ensure quality assurance of SAP PGT Analytics changes as part of the global/Europe release management process
* Contribute to setting data modeling and design principles, standards, and best practices
* Develop data models and design plans that maximize usability and reduce redundancy
* Translate functional designs into technical specifications (CI program)
* Build and test solutions
* Review data designs to share best practices with the data modeling and design team
* Stay updated on the latest analytics solutions to apply new learnings to technical solutions
* Provide comprehensive analysis using enterprise-wide applications (e.g., querying, scorecards, drill-through, and drill-down capabilities)
* Ensure governance of SAP PGT Analytics changes (projects, CIs, breakfixes) following release management procedures and scheduled system upgrades
Qualifications
* 7+ years of experience with SAP BI (Dev/Ops)
* 5+ years of project management experience
* Technical skills: SAC/Fiori, eHANA, CDS, SL
* SAP TP
* BOBJ/WEB
* PBI experience is a plus
* Non-technical skills: learning agility, business acumen, strong teamwork skills
