Criteo’s Experiential Marketing team is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to champion our global events strategy, including industry tentpoles, owned and operated events, and Executive Engagement programs. We seek a collaborative, creative, and organized event marketer passionate about tech, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Based in Barcelona and reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Experiential Marketing, you will work cross-functionally with the marketing and communications departments, including content, brand, digital, social, operations, and PR. As the Experiential Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering activations that support business objectives and drive ROI for regional client solutions teams.
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end live and virtual event execution across key programs, partnering with field, content, brand, social, and PR teams, covering sourcing, planning, theme/content development, design, attendance, promotion, and post-event reconciliation.
* Execute initiatives within our Executive Engagement program, including regional summits, networking events, and outreach campaigns.
* Drive attendance through strategic promotion via email, social media, digital/paid media, and other channels.
* Engage proactively with client solutions teams to coordinate and communicate upcoming experiential programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Build and manage tracking processes to evaluate campaign performance and influence within Salesforce.
* Manage budgets, contracts, payments, and negotiations in collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Procurement.

* Experience with tools like SplashThat, Wrike, Stensul, Salesforce, and Pardot.
* Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
* Genuine interest in the tech and AdTech space, with a desire to understand and communicate our technology’s capabilities.
