Our company is specialized in Hotel and rental apartments for temporary visitors. We are looking for a Full time Front Desk Receptionist (40h a week) for our Reception in Castelldefels and Vilanova i la Geltrú (www.citytripbarcelona.com)
The position requires organization, motivation, strong communication and customer service skills, and a positive attitude. The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact to our clients, advisors and visitors and provides general office support with a variety of administrative activities and related tasks.
- Serving customers with any needs that they have, resolving any issues always under the approval and supervision of the person responsible.
- Tasks Check in / Checkout
- Booking (make reservations, cancellations, modifications, changes of contracts, tracking unpaid contracts, charge contracts, etc)
- Daily back office organization
- Organizing the cleaning planning of the apartments
- Coordinating cleaning and maintenance staff
- Receiving phone calls
- Various office handlings like updating socialmedia page and comment reviews
- Assist responsible to several needs Work schedule 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, from Monday to Sunday, with two days off depending on the weekly schedule.
We work with two shifts: 9h-18h and 12h-21h with 1 hour lunch break. Job Requirements: Languages: Spanish, English Any other language would be a plus The candidate must be able to work successfully both in a team and independently.
Experience in tourism
Knowledge of PMS and channel manager.
