Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Power Platform Technical Consultant that would like to collaborate with one of the top general pharmaceutical companies.
The Power Platform Technical
Consutlant primarily focuses on hands-on Power Platform delivery for squad use cases, including solution assessment, build, integration, ALM, and coordination with IT on technical and licensing dependencies. In addition, the role may support broader enablement topics such as citizen development guidance, governance contribution, training, and platform evolution, but these are supporting expectations rather than the core purpose of the role. Design and build scalable low-code solutions using Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) for the use cases managed by the squad.
Ensure solutions follow best practices for performance, security, and maintainability, while supporting the delivery process through testing, deployment, and handover as needed. Provide guidance, coaching, and technical support to non-technical builders. Create training materials, documentation, and self-service resources.
Review and quality-assure solutions built by Citizen Developers. Work within defined security rules, DLP policies, and environment management practices, in coordination with IT and platform owners where applicable. Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, data protection expectations, and relevant Responsible AI principles when solutions include AI-enabled capabilities.
Support Power
Platform environments, connectors, and related licensing topics in collaboration with the IT partner. Optimise platform performance and work with the IT partner to help resolve technical issues, recognising that technical configuration and licensing decisions remain IT-owned and that this role can influence them only indirectly. Coordinate with IT on platform updates, integrations, technical dependencies, licensing considerations, and enterprise alignment.
Design integrations between Power Platform and enterprise systems (SharePoint, Dataverse, APIs). Expert-level experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Knowledge of Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and DevOps practices. Understanding of API integrations and data connectivity patterns. Microsoft certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).
Background in traditional software development (.NET, JavaScript).
Experience in regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, life sciences), with awareness of compliance, data protection, and Responsible AI expectations. Permanent contract. We make it easy. Trainings & Certifications.
