Regional Marketing Manager Iberia – SUSE
Join SUSE's Field Marketing team to own and execute the regional marketing strategy for Iberia.
In this role you will align closely with sales and partners to deliver marketing programs that drive pipeline and business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the field and channel marketing strategy for the Iberia region, analysing market trends and collaborating with sales leadership.
Plan and execute a diverse portfolio of demand generation programs, including digital campaigns, webinars, events and co-marketing initiatives.
Act as the key marketing contact for regional sales and partner teams, building relationships and influencing priorities.
Rigorously measure and analyse program performance, providing regular reports and using data to optimise strategy and drive predictable pipeline.
Qualifications
3+ years of B2B enterprise software marketing experience in a tech company.
Proven ability to translate business goals into integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
Hands-on marketer with experience managing budgets and a broad mix of tactics from digital to in-person events.
Strong communication skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders and channel partners.
Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and Marketing Automation platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
