Recruit and onboard new affiliates
Identify key partners and optimize incentives for enhanced productivity
Activate and reactivate affiliates
Monitor and enhance performance using sophisticated software
Collaborate with acquisition team to identify innovative ways to enhance existing partnerships and test new affiliate strategies
Continuously monitor and evaluate current processes to identify new opportunities
Regularly analyze and report on results from network initiatives
Optimize deals and campaigns to meet sales and profitability targets
Represent network at industry events globally and internationally
Requirements
Experience working in iGaming affiliation for a minimum of 4 years
Strong affiliate connections within the iGaming industry
Excellent knowledge of the global iGaming scene: trends, products, shakers and movers
Business‐savvy with a solid understanding of profitability calculations
Fluent in English, written and spoken
Fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is advantageous
Self‐motivated solution‐finder with a can‐do attitude
Strong negotiation and sales skills
Understanding of different traffic sources and the associated benefits/risks
Experience analysing traffic quality
Ability to identify fraudulent activities
Willingness to travel extensively globally as required, several times annually
Happy to represent the company at various industry events
About This Role
Based in Sotogrande, Spain, or fully remotely
Excellent employment terms – salary up to €48K plus commission
