Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the finance team in ensuring accurate daily financial operations as Lingokids scales. You’ll work closely with the Senior Accountant to guarantee data integrity across platforms and financial processes. The role focuses on transaction accuracy, cash cycle management, and monthly closings within a fast-paced, remote-friendly startup environment. You’ll contribute to process improvements and audit readiness, helping the company sustain growth in the education space. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Process vendor invoices with correct coding and approvals (Dynamics 365 BC and Precoro) • Support payment runs and bank/card reconciliations • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations • Oversee PO reviews and track spending against budgets • Aid month-end/year-end close with journal entries and balance sheet schedules • Maintain internal process documents (Notion) and support audit readiness
Responsabilidades • Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 0–2 years in accounting or internship, preferably in a startup/scale-up • Solid understanding of full-cycle AP/AR and GL principles • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) • Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central or SAP preferred) • Strong attention to detail • Growth mindset and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment • Fluency in English (spoken and written) in a remote, asynchronous setting
