We are looking for a
Sales Manager in our PrimeServ Wind
team at Everllence Iberia.
Based in Madrid, you will play a key role in developing the local market, building strong relationships with OEMs, asset owners, and independent service providers, and ensuring the successful delivery of wind turbine service and repair projects, from identifying opportunities to project completion.
We Can Offer You The Following Tasks
* Lead the Iberia market: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share.
* Identify and pursue opportunities: Focus on wind turbine services and repair projects, from initial contact through successful completion.
* Collaborate for tailored solutions: Work closely with the technical team and Global PrimeServ Wind to define customer-specific strategies.
* Strengthen market presence: Enhance brand visibility through strategic partnerships, networking, and targeted initiatives.
* Manage client relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with OEMs, asset owners, and independent service providers.
* Oversee projects: Coordinate service and repair projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.
* Ensure operational excellence: Register visits and opportunities in CRM, prepare and follow up on offers, manage change orders, and conclude agreements with local customers.
* Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with local structures (finance, purchasing, order management) to ensure smooth execution.
* Participate in industry events: Represent Everllence at trade shows and forums to network and identify new business opportunities.
You Can Help Us With The Following Qualifications
* Proven experience in the wind power industry, with a focus on services and repair.
* Engineering degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy) or equivalent experience.
* Strong sales acumen and a track record of closing complex deals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated project management capabilities from planning to execution.
* Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
* Fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese is an asset).
* Knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel as needed.
* Driving license.
