GBSB Global Business School is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven professional to join our Careers, Alumni, and Entrepreneurship Center (CAEC) in Madrid.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys building and nurturing alumni communities, strengthening long-term relationships, and contributing to a highly international academic environment. The role focuses primarily on alumni relations and engagement, with additional involvement in corporate partnerships and the opportunity to teach business-related subjects.

About the role
In this position, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening GBSB Global's alumni network, fostering meaningful engagement, and creating opportunities that support lifelong connection with the institution.
You will also contribute to selected corporate engagement initiatives that enhance student employability and institutional visibility.
The selected candidate will also have the opportunity to contribute academically by teaching business-related subjects.
Key responsibilities
Alumni Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with alumni across different markets
Develop and implement alumni engagement strategies and initiatives
Manage alumni communications through Linked In, email, Whats App, social media, and other relevant channels
Organize alumni events, reunions, networking sessions, and speaker initiatives
Design and promote lifelong learning opportunities such as webinars, workshops, and professional development sessions
Support the development of global alumni chapters and ambassador initiatives
Corporate Engagement
Support the development of relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders
Contribute to employer engagement initiatives, networking activities, and career events
Gather employer insights and market trends to support student employability
Data and Reporting
Maintain accurate alumni records and CRM data
Conduct alumni employment and engagement surveys
Contribute to alumni reporting and employment outcomes tracking
Teaching Opportunity
Deliver lectures in business-related subjects
Contribute to an international and practice-oriented academic environment
Support academic quality and student engagement
Candidate profile
We are looking for a candidate who brings:
A Ph D in Business or a closely related field
Experience in alumni relations, community engagement, higher education, or partnership development
Fluency in English and Spanish
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with CRM systems and reporting
The ability to manage multiple projects and build relationships with diverse audiences
