Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the end-to-end performance of vendor deliverables as outlined in Statements of Work (SOW), ensuring delivery aligns with contractual scope, quality, timelines, and budget.
* Track Quality Gates and Milestones against agreed-upon acceptance criteria, ensuring timely completion and documentation of deliverables for sign-off.
* Ensure that payment-relevant milestones, including both internal and vendor responsibilities, are accurately tracked and aligned with contractual agreements and payment terms.
* Proactively manage and integrate scope changes, delays, and risk areas, ensuring timely escalation and resolution in coordination with Procurement, Finance, and Program Management.
* Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, and Delivery teams to ensure clarity and enforceability of performance expectations.
* Monitor financial obligations, forecast expenditure against budget, and ensure all invoice approvals are based on verified milestone achievements and compliance with SOW terms.
* Maintain detailed records of obligations, approvals, and changes throughout the SOW lifecycle, enabling full auditability and contract compliance.
* Support vendor performance reviews with objective data and insights derived from tracking tools and dashboards.
* Serve as secretary of Change Review Board (for contractual changes to SOW).
* Track overall vendor performance (including survey results) and take actions accordingly.
* Align with internal teams to ensure internal RASCI accountabilities are met and documented.
* Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Milestone Compliance Rate; Variance from Forecasted Spend; Stakeholder Satisfaction Index; Work Experience.
Qualifications / Experience
* Minimum 5–7 years of experience in contract performance management, vendor/SI oversight, or commercial project delivery.
* Proven experience managing SOWs with large system integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, IBM, Capgemini), ideally in a complex, matrixed environment.
* Strong understanding of financial governance within service-based contracts, including milestone-based payments, T&M vs. fixed-price models, and earned value tracking.
* Experience working with procurement, legal, finance, and delivery teams to enforce and operationalize contractual terms.
* Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and enforce accountability across internal and external teams.
* Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet).
