As we grow our Nordic organization in Spain, we're seeking candidates who thrive on change and see opportunities where others might see challenges.
What you will do:
Master the entire Swedish payroll process from start to finish.
Actively influence and improve both our own and our customers' daily operations.
Help shape tomorrow's payroll services using cutting‑edge technology.
Participate in onboarding new customers and contributing to our service growth.
Who you are:
You have at least three years of experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of Nordic payroll processes (specific experience with Swedish payroll processing is a plus)
You're proficient with payroll systems and have excellent Excel skills.
Experience working with payroll for customers, especially in an outsourcing environment, is a plus.
You possess strong customer service skills across various communication channels.
You're fluent in Swedish, Danish and/or Norwegian and English (knowledge of other Nordic languages is a bonus)
You're curious, service-minded, and always eager to learn.
You're a solution‑oriented team player with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
You're adaptable and excited by the prospect of building something new.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and understand the challenges faced by growing businesses.
You contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and resilience.
