You will join the IAM PSL team which is part of IM (Information Management), in the Infrastructures & Digital Platforms department.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) products enable our internal and external users to be properly identified, authenticated & authorized to access Airbus Helicopters and Airbus Group Applications.
The AH IAM PSL delivers and deploys the solution, products and services with an end-to-end accountability. We will manage the products lifecycle, both developing the products and operating them, in close relationships with Airbus Group.
Our Access IT products sustain Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Encryption and digital certificates. And our Identity IT Products sustain User management (Provisionning/Deprovisionning, Privileged accounts, Recertification,) and Directory services (Identity Directory, Metadata Synchronization,)
The IAM IT Products are mainly : PingIdentity products (PingFederate and PingID), F5 bigIP and Microsoft PKI for Access. And Active Directory, Identity Management, OneLogin for Identity. Automation is running on Ansible; Cyber IAM is based on Oradad, PingCastle and Silvefort; Incident and Change management on Service NOW. The compliance dashboard uses Palantir Foundry.

**YOUR CHALLENGES**:
The role of an Identity and Access Management IT operator is to work with IM Airbus Helicopters organization. Your job will be split in 4 main domains of activities: Support, Automation, Reporting and CyberIAM. You will perform these 4 domains of activities for the Customer Center mainly, but you could also cover Mother Company.
It will lead to the delivery of the following IM services:
- Monitors scheduled jobs on IAM platforms, notifies in case of issues and resolves incidents in case of
- Communicates improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Customer Centers local IT.
- Performs the ITIL based support processes that include incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management.
- Analyses error messages, diagnoses system failures and takes corrective action in order to ensure continuity of operations, escalating to other technical teams and vendors as needed.
- Perform the daily check (anticipation), perform the troubleshooting, and propose, follow and perform improvement on known process like accounts lifecycle
- Perform and maintain scripting; develop and maintain the automated tasks.
- Perform the daily request, perform the troubleshooting on Analytics Dashboard dedicated to the targeted Customer Center, and Mother Company.
- Monitor system logs and alerts, investigating and responding to potential security incidents in a timely manner.

- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Operator. Ideally, experience in Identity and Access Management in industrial and transversal context.
- Ideally, knowledge or experience with Identity Lifecycle, User Provisioning, Directory Services, Password Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), Audit & Compliance, Identity Governance, and Role Management
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework
- Knowledge of modern authentication & authorization concepts/protocols (Active Directory, Single Sign-On and associated technical protocols, multi-factor authentication, cyber-security risks) or appetite for acquiring these technical knowledge.
- Knowledge on programmation languages such as Powershell and CSharp.
