Customer Service with European languages
Role description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Specialist with European languages (FR / DE / IT / DU), for a leading general supplier of Business Process Outsourcing for complex business processes and services. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, enhancing customer service, and optimizing the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service or support is desirable.
Telephone excellence and communication skills.
Problem-solving and learning skills.
Languages : English C1 + / German / French / Italian / Dutch
Location: Hybrid working model in Barcelona (Nou Barris).
Schedule: 39 hours/week on various shifts
Contract: temporary employment contract 4 - 6 months + indefinite term contract by company.
Salary: 20 – 22K
