What You’ll Achieve
You will work closely alongside the Finance team, providing support across key processes and assisting with daily tasks under guidance, gaining hands‑on experience and developing your knowledge in a collaborative and learning‑focused environment:
* Build the Backbone of Financial Accuracy: You will support the recording of expenses, revenues, payroll, amortizations, and provisions, helping maintain clean and reliable financial data.
* Champion Asset Transparency: You will assist in the control of fixed assets, compiling lists and supporting the team's efforts to ensure everything is tracked and accounted for.
* Strengthen Financial Insight: You will participate in reviewing accounts, preparing adjustments, and collecting analytical data to understand budget deviations and improve forecasting.
* Empower Smooth Operations: You will learn the entire procure‑to‑pay cycle—from verifying purchase orders and delivery notes to preparing invoices for supervised registration—ensuring our suppliers and internal teams stay aligned.
* Secure Cash Flow Excellence: You will support treasury tasks such as tracking due dates, preparing SEPA documentation, reviewing bank movements, and contributing to supervised bank reconciliations and payment planning.
* Contribute to Compliance & Audit Readiness: You will help prepare tax drafts, support SII activities, and organize documentation required for audits, gaining first‑hand experience in regulatory compliance.
Who You Are
We are looking for a proactive, eager‑to‑learn individual who is ready to be a great team player.
The Essentials (Must Have)
* Education: Currently studying or recently graduated in Business Administration, Economics, Law & Business, or a similar field.
* Experience: No previous experience required! We are looking for your potential, drive, and eagerness to learn.
* Tech‑Savvy: Solid command of Office 365, especially Excel.
* Key Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, and communication skills.
The Plus (Nice to Have)
* Advanced Education: Master’s degree in Finance (in progress or completed).
