In this role you will lead fundraising coordination and investor reporting for Santander Alternative Investments’ funds in Madrid. You’ll work closely with investment teams to communicate with institutional and high‑net‑worth clients, ensuring transparent data, timely material, and strong investor relations. You will shape fundraising processes, support coinvestment discussions, and contribute to product strategy with senior leadership.

- Lead and coordinate fundraising activities, including preparing documentation, investor decks, and data room management
- Prepare quarterly and annual investor reporting for infrastructure and climate VC teams
- Act as interface between investors and investment teams, coordinating responses to queries
- Drive investor relations: manage LP relationships, respond to investor inquiries, support capital formation
- Possibly lead coinvestment discussions with investors and external parties
- Coordinate with risk, operations, compliance, fund administration, and finance to ensure data accuracy and transparency of fund information
- Contribute to strategy development for new products, investor segmentation, and go-to-market plans
- Support development and update of digital investor engagement tools
- Prepare ad hoc documentation for institutional/public programmes, ensuring compliance with criteria

Responsabilidades
\n
- Over 10 years’ experience in investor-facing roles with emphasis on documentation and reporting
- Proven ability to prepare best-in-class institutional reports and marketing documents
- Experience representing investment teams in discussions with fund investors
- Ability to articulate coinvestment opportunities and guide investors through the coinvestment process
- Demonstrated gravitas and seniority in presenting reports to investors
- Solid understanding of ESG issues and their integration into investment, monitoring, and reporting
- Experience working with first and second line functions (valuation, risk management, compliance)
- University degree in Finance, xugodme Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in English; additional European language (Spanish, French, or Portuguese) desirable
- Fundraising experience and LP relationship management
- Excellent presentation, writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with SFDR and ESG covenants
