You are responsible for ensuring that associates are properly trained and supported so they can focus on their jobs. You will ensure Amazon policies – including attendance tracking – are implemented and administered fairly and consistently, and will motivate, coach, and provide feedback on associate performance. You will address discipline and performance issues, including termination when necessary, and partner with third‑party delivery providers to ensure Amazon standards are met.

Responsibilities - Managing end-to-end operations for one large site or a combination of small sites, including inbound and outbound operations.
- Meeting customer-facing metrics while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and the morale of the team.
- Driving performance management of team members, including training and development plans for associates.
- Continuously improving the delivery process and attaining sustained performance improvements.
- Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station daily.
- Standing in for Area Manager as needed.
- Managing day and night shifts.
- Ensuring compliance with Amazon policies and reporting performance.
- Collaborating with third‑party providers to meet service contract requirements.
Basic Qualifications - 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in spoken, written and read English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
