We're looking for a SEM Specialist to join our Reverse Tech remote team. You will play a crucial role in creating and managing effective advertising campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads. You’ll work closely with other departments and senior stakeholders across all Reverse Tech, contributing to our mission of improving lives and changing the world through innovative digital solutions.
About the role Plan, execute and optimize web advertising campaigns on SEM platforms, using data-driven insights, automations and best practices.
Strong analytical and technical skills. Data driven mindset is a must, but ideally you are also up to date with the latest marketing trends and use of technology like AI.
Monitor, analyze campaign performance and define automations rules to help you covering the most mechanical and repetitive tasks: we use Tableau, Looker, Mixpanel, and of course, the actual advertising platforms Google UAC and Bing.
Collaborate within marketing and with other business areas, creative design, copy, data and product to align campaign objectives and execution.
Competitors research and test new kws segments, ad formats, features, and audiences, to identify new opportunities and continuously improve campaign efficiency.
Communicate and report on campaign results, insights, and recommendations. - Experienced setting up and defining a straightforward strategy for Pmax and Dem Gen Google Campaigns is a plus.
If you have experience with other media advertising platforms like Meta, Pinterest, TikTok or Snapchat is a plus.
Desired Skills +2 years of experience in a previous similar role for a digital business (ideally a subscription-based B2C product), actively managing Google Ads Campaigns.
Experienced with Ads / creatives testing workflow specifically for App Campaigns.
Familiar with Google and Microsoft advertising policies, guidelines, and best practices from an
