. You will have the opportunity to join either as a
Sales Executive (new business)
or an
Onboarding Account Manager (client growth & retention)
, supporting companies across the
Benelux market

Your role
Depending on your profile and experience, you will focus on either:
Sales Executive (New Business)
Prospect and engage new clients via outbound calls
Identify business needs and propose tailored Google Ads solutions
Close deals and drive new revenue
Build and manage your own sales pipeline
Onboarding Account Manager (Growth & Retention)
Manage and onboard a portfolio of new clients
Develop and optimize PPC campaigns for long-term success
Increase client investment through upselling and performance improvements
Build strong, long-term relationships and reduce churn
What you bring
Native-level Dutch (C2) and strong English (C1)
Around 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client-facing roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM tools and managing pipelines
Results-driven mindset and proactive attitude
Nice to have
Understanding of the Benelux market and business culture
Knowledge of digital marketing, PPC campaigns, and ROI
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and client needs
