We are looking to recruit someone to join our Human Resources department, as part of a team dedicated to supporting the organisation’s growth through efficient, personable and data-driven management. This is a technical role that combines knowledge of the workplace with analytical, technological and automation skills, with a direct impact on process improvement and the analysis of departmental data.
Type of work Requirements
* Qualifications: A degree in Industrial Relations, Law, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a similar subject, or a Higher Level Vocational Qualification, particularly in: Administration and Finance, Executive Support, Multi-platform/Web Application Development, or Microcomputer Systems and Networks.
* A university degree is not essential if you can demonstrate solid experience in data analysis, advanced Excel and digital tools.
Key responsibilities
* Data & People Analytics:
o Analysis and utilisation of HR and labour relations data.
o Design and monitoring of KPIs for the department.
o Creation of advanced reports and dashboards (Excel, Power BI or similar).
o Extraction, validation and processing of employment data and payroll variables.
* Automation and process improvement:
* Identification of manual tasks and processes that could be automated.
* Development of solutions using digital tools and AI.
* Design and optimisation of efficiency-focused workflows.
* Involvement in digitisation initiatives in the department.
* Employment support:
o Support with interpreting data relating to payroll and employment relations.
o Verification of information relating to costs, absenteeism and time recording.
o Coordination with other departments (finance, IT) where necessary.
* Transformation of the Human Resources department:
o Development of models for monitoring and controlling indicators.
o Involvement in projects aimed at continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
o Contributing to data-driven and metrics-based management.
* Support for HR processes:
o Participation in recruitment processes using an analytical approach.
o Collaboration on cross-functional projects within the department.
