Specific countries within the area will be defined according to the needs, experience and languages provided by the candidate. /ppWe’re looking for an experienced sales manager, an entrepreneur, someone eager to make an impact in a growing company. /ppThis role requires a commercially driven, entrepreneurial profile, capable of creating impact, driving growth, and building long-term customer relationships within a dynamic and international environment. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbMain Duties and Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pp• Identify and prioritize target market segments and geographic regions for revenue expansion. /pp• Identify and explore opportunities to expand deSter presence in the region. /pp• Represent the company with comprehensive knowledge and application of the commercial policies: List price, discounts, catalogue, incoterms,etc. /pp• Research new customers identifying how the existing sales policy addresses their needs. /pp• Managing and expanding relationships with existing customers including problem solving. /pp• Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analysing performance and making forecasts. /pp• Budget planning. /pp• Build good and effective working relationships with colleagues within the organization, communicating clearly effectively to contribute to the growth of the company. /ppbr/ppbr/ppbCore Competencies and Requirements /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppEducation /ppbr/ppRelevant education: Business administration or similar is a must. /ppbr/ppWork Experience /ppbr/pulliFive or more years in managing sales in a corporate environment. /liliProven experience in Retail or Horeca Sector: Wholesalers, distributors, vending,etc. /liliRecord of success in achieving sales results matching assigned budget. /liliAccustomed to working at the European level and in an international environment /li /ulpbr/ppTechnical Skills /ppCertifcation, licenses and registration. /ppbr/ppInitiative and proactive approach. /ppExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. /ppReliability and service oriented. /ppFluent in French and English language. /ppbr/ppThe work area will be defined based on the candidate's profile: experience, languages, and the needs of the job at the time of hiring. /p
