The OpportunityThe Head of Sales / Business Development will lead our expansion into European markets including Spain, Portugal, Italy, and Switzerland by establishing B2B partnerships with automotive dealerships, bike retailers, and luxury hotels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and implement the business development strategy across hotels, Mercedes automotive dealerships, and bike retail networks throughout Europe.
Introduce Mercedes eBikes as part of guest services, mobility solutions, or product offerings in luxury hotels.
Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers across hospitality, automotive, and bike retail sectors, leveraging existing networks to generate new opportunities.
Present tailored business solutions highlighting the value of Mercedes eBikes as a premium guest experience, eco-friendly mobility, or innovative product line.
Develop proposals and negotiate agreements for long-term partnerships, ensuring seamless integration of Mercedes eBikes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns emphasizing luxury, sustainability, and innovation.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, adapting strategies accordingly.
Represent n+ at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications
Proficiency in German and English.
10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within hospitality or luxury goods sectors.
Established network in automotive dealerships, bike retail, or large hotel chains.
Proven success in securing B2B partnerships, preferably in automotive, bike retail, or hotel industries.
Passion for sustainability, urban mobility, and high-end products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel across Europe for meetings and events.
