The Category Manager will work closely with the wider team to maximize customer value, implement cost-reduction strategies, foster supplier relationships, and ensure the effective management of inventory and product pricing.Development of the commercial model to drive growth in savings.● Implement and promote transformation programmes with a strong communication plan to achieve a structured and resilient supply chain.● Conduct research and analyse trends and customer purchasing habits.● Review sales data and competitor products.● Develop strategies and set goals for the products, including marketing plans, managing budgets and promotional events and repositioning the products.● Manage the inventory to ensure there are enough products to meet customer demands.● Consider lead times and monitor inventory levels.● 3 to 5 years of experience as a Category Manager, preferably within Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related industries.● Strategic Asset Management: Lead the corporate real estate portfolio, overseeing acquisitions, leasing, and asset development with a focus on value maximization and space efficiency.● Strategic Procurement & Global Sourcing: Design and execute purchasing processes based on international standards (CPSM) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis to generate annual savings.align operational goals with sustainability and social economy policies, ensuring a resilient and ethical supply chain.● Financial Control & Reporting: Supervise CAPEX and OPEX budgets, performing comprehensive project tracking and risk assessment for data-driven decision-making.● Fluent English and French is essential for coordinating with global networks and partners.
