Your Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will support the CEVA Salesforce platform, providing a structural approach to new features and development by designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
You will work closely with our Tech Lead based in India and collaborate with the Factory Team to provide the best technical solution design.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze proposed changes in line with Salesforce capabilities and CEVA standards (architecture and security), evaluating the impact on existing processes.
* Validate developments provided by the team, including system integration tests.
* Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications, troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
* Document changes and support development.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in IT Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a relevant field.
* 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Sales Cloud).
* Salesforce Platform 1 Developer certification.
* Proven implementation experience of APEX triggers/code, Lightning Web Components.
* Experience with REST/ SOAP Web services.
* Agent Force, Einstein, Event monitoring, and CI/CD knowledge are a plus.
* The ability to problem-solve software and application issues and work under pressure.
* A team player with excellent communication skills.
* Fluent English language skills; French is a plus.
