Project Manager – Stand Production

Main Responsibilities
Preparation of technical plans and documentation for stands and events.
Supplier management and contracting.
Supervision of assembly processes at international trade fairs, leading multicultural teams.
Ensuring construction quality and resolving onsite issues.
Delivering the stand to the client and managing incidents during the event.
Coordination of passes, catering, and additional services for events.
Requirements
Degree in architecture, engineering, or interior design.
Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
Experience leading international teams.
Strong negotiation skills and customer-oriented approach.
Availability to travel up to 80% of the time.
Experience in the trade fair and stand industry is an asset.
