1. Participate in new initiatives and implement company talent acquisition strategies
2. Collaborate in talent assessment and interviewing needed
3. Participate and collaborate on conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions
4. Promote actions in order to anticipate future employment needs
5. Lead specific actions recruitment (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)
6. Reviews employment applications and background check reports
7. Start activities and actions for promote the Talent team participation as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
8. Collaborate in company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities, specially in the healthcare environments
9. Promote and follow up the procedure selection open regarding needs
10. Co-Lead the selection processes of the Company with Clinics staffs
11. Support to the clinic Manager in recruitment and selection processes regarding internal strategic and protocols
12. Collaborate with the rest of the team in retention talent plans
13. Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
14. Promote contacts with futures candidates in the heathcare market and other key positions for dialysis market
15. Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
16. Collaborate with Managers and the rest of the Human Resources Team in all hiring paperwork for new employees in the clinics and Headquarter
17. Generate monthly updates for company’s leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
18. Collaborate with the talent team in order to keep informed about employees and his retention
19. Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
20. Collaborate to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals
21. Work closely with marketing department to develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges
22. Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
23. Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
24. Research talent acquisition trends in the heathcare market
25. Participate actively on the projects talent management team could be involved
26. Participate with the rest of the team in IT tools implementation
27. Collaborate in actions related to training, talent actions and motivation activities with impact in the motivation and development of employees

Requirements profile
• Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience as Recruiter in a healhcare or pharma companies.
Fluent in english is a must
