We are looking for a Partner Account Manager (fluent in Spanish, Russian, and English) to join our team.
Your main tasks will be:
* Frequent negotiations with key affiliate partners;
* Resolving challenging requests from paying members;
* Acquisition ofnew partnerships through multi-channel approaches;
* Leveraging market and central team insights to develop strategies for partner growth;
* Providing consultancy, support, advice, and training on system portals;
* Conducting performance analysis on regional accounts and developing strategies for new partner acquisition;
* Monitoring account activities to identify solutions;
* Developing reports and submitting development pipelines;
We expect from you:
* Proficiency in Spanish and Russian (reading, writing, communication) - C1+;
* Proficiency inEnglish (reading, writing, communication) - B1+;
* Experience in negotiations, working with contractors, partners, and claims;
* Confident use of data in tables (Google Sheets, Excel);
* Advanced skills in Google Workspace.
