Job Description:
Following our early success in Spain, we're now building a dedicated team in Madrid to accelerate our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and prospect new partnerships aligned with the company's business objectives in Spain.
* Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in potential partner companies, maintaining ongoing communication to ensure successful collaboration.
* Monitor and review partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximise results.
* Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually favourable terms.
* Maintain and grow existing partnerships through effective communication and collaboration, driving mutual growth and value.
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market conditions to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
* Oversee the entire partner onboarding process, including prospecting, recruitment, contracting, infrastructure and tech support setup, enablement, accreditation, executive relationship building, and tracking program KPIs.
* Travel as needed for key face-to-face partner meetings, conferences, and company events.
* Report directly to the VP of Global Alliances.
Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience in partner management or sales with Spanish partners and distributors.
* Good balance of experience in both commercial channel sales and technical services from the IT, technology, GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) or cyber security industries.
* Experienced in working cross-functionally to identify resolutions to problems.
* Proven track record of acquiring and developing successful partnerships.
* Strong negotiation and communication techniques, with the aptitude to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Self-starter who is able to work alone as well as part of a team.
* Able to thrive in a vibrant, high-growth environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
