Within Southern Europe, several business entities operate under the group structure, providing industrial and commercial solutions across b Spain, France, and Portugal /b. /p pb Purpose of the Role /b /pp The b Legal Counsel – Southern Europe /b serves as the principal legal advisor for the group’s operations in the Southern European region. The role provides comprehensive legal support across Spain, France, and Portugal, including b contract drafting and negotiation /b, b regulatory compliance /b, b legal risk management /b, and b corporate governance /b. It also contributes to the b implementation of compliance programs /b and group-wide governance initiatives. /p p The position requires regular travel to regional offices, with b Tàrrega /b serving as the main working location. /p pb Key Responsibilities /b /pulli Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts, including supply agreements, sales contracts, IT and data processing agreements, and NDAs. /lili Support public and private sector tender processes in compliance with applicable legal frameworks. /lili Provide timely and pragmatic legal advice to management and operational teams. /lili Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal corporate policies. /lili Coordinate and manage external legal advisors and maintain relationships with law firms and legal service providers. /lili Assist in resolving disputes and managing legal claims, protecting the group’s interests. /lili Monitor legislative and regulatory developments and conduct legal research to ensure ongoing compliance and best practices. /lili Deliver legal training sessions and provide guidance to local management and staff. /lili Support the development and implementation of corporate governance frameworks, internal policies, and compliance programs. /li /ul pb Candidate Profile /b /pulli Qualified legal professional in b Spain /b or another relevant b European jurisdiction /b (preferably b France /b or b Italy /b). /lili Between b4 and 6 years /b of post-qualification experience in b corporate law /b, b commercial contracts /b, and b compliance /b. /lili Experience with b international legal matters /b and the ability to operate effectively within b multicultural environments /b. /lili Fluency in b Spanish /b and b English /b is required; proficiency in b French /b, b Italian /b, or b Portuguese /b is considered an advantage. /lili Strong analytical and drafting skills, with the ability to provide independent and solution-oriented legal advice. /lili High professional integrity, organizational awareness, and attention to detail. /lili Availability: b32–40 hours per week /b. /li /ul pb Compensation and Benefits /b /pulli Competitive annual salary between b€70,000 and €95,000 /b, depending on experience and qualifications. /lili Flexible working arrangements with regular travel across Southern Europe. /lili An opportunity to contribute to a respected international organization with a strong heritage, values-driven culture, and long-term strategic vision. /li /ul
