WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* 3-5 years of experience in IGA/IAM environments (minimum 3 years)
* Strong expertise in Sailpoint (ideal) or similar platforms (Okta, OpenText)
* Fluent English for international team communication and Spanish nice to have
* Availability for hybrid work: 1 day on-site in Barcelona (flexible after 3 months)
* Experience in requirements gathering and connector implementation
* Valuable: Background in governance, IGA platform operations, or HR processes
* Nice to have: Development skills (JavaScript, Python, REST APIs)
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Capture and analyze requirements for identity governance solutions
* Implement connectors between 70+ applications and Sailpoint platform
* Manage the complete identity lifecycle (joiners/movers/leavers)
* Support integration of enterprise applications over timeline
* Collaborate with international teams on the company's dentity governance initiative
* Ensure seamless identity management across diverse application landscape
