For our subsidiary COSCO SHIPPING Lines (Spain) S.A., we are looking for a new team member focused on operator and BPS tasks, whose main responsibilities would include:
* Verification of new clients in IRIS4, ACZone, and Wimtruck.
* System operator tasks (ship unloading, data table maintenance, etc.).
* Calculation, review, and monitoring of KPI compliance.
* Generation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Handling user incidents via Jira.
* Administration of profiles and access to various systems.
* Preparation of proposals and development of European innovation projects.
* Development of local innovation projects (Wimtruck, e2rm, SIMPLE, … )
* Support in the management of quality certifications: AEO, ISO14001, EMAS, etc…
* Monitoring of incidents / control of company losses and shrinkage.
Requirements:
* B2 level of English is essential.
* The position requires an organized and methodical person who enjoys and is motivated by teamwork.
* The job will be on-site at the Valencia office.
* Knowledge of the logistics sector and quality certifications will be valued.
* Currently, no travel availability is required.
