They specialise in end‐to‐end digital process optimization, including complex, technology‐driven environments in which information governance, compliance, and risk management are mission‐critical.We are looking for an IT Governance Analyst – Continuity Management to strengthen the organization's resilience posture by defining, governing, and operationalizing Business Continuity (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks across the group.
&##3–5 years of experience in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or IT Risk Management .~ Proven experience conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and/or Risk Impact Analysis (RIA) in complex organizations.~ Experience designing, coordinating, or validating DR tests (cloud & on‐premise environments).~ Ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders (BIA, DR scoping, recovery planning)~ Advanced level of English.
&##Ensure alignment between business recovery requirements and the IT organization's technical capabilities.Maintain BCM/DR policies following the Solvd Group Governance Framework.Design and oversee regular continuity and DR testing schedules (failover exercises, simulations, tabletop drills...).Evaluate test results and coordinate remediation with IT Operations.Report on resilience, DR maturity, and compliance levels to senior leadership and auditors.Full‐time freelance collaboration.Flexibility to work 100% remotely or hybrid in one of the offices in: Madrid, Barcelona, Córdoba or Coruña.Flexible working hours.Opportunity to work in a high‐impact global technology environment, driving governance and security maturity.
