We are looking for a Programmatic & Full-Funnel Media Manager to plan, activate, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns across the full funnel.
This is a mid-level position for professionals who already have solid experience in programmatic or retail media and want to specialize in Amazon Retail Media within a consulting environment.
You will work exclusively with Amazon DSP, managing end-to-end strategies that connect brand building with performance and business impact.
Build audience, format, and activation frameworks within Amazon Retail Media.
Launch, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns across display, video, and CTV.
Monitor pacing, reach, frequency, and performance.
Apply test & learn and optimization methodologies.
Translate data into clear recommendations for clients.
3–5 years of experience in programmatic media or retail media.
~ Experience working with full-funnel media strategies.
~ Strong understanding of audience-based planning and performance optimization.
~ Background in ecommerce, Amazon, or retail media environments.
High level of English – mandatory
High level of Spanish – mandatory
Both languages are required for daily client and internal communication.
Specialization in Amazon Retail Media and Amazon DSP.
Work with international brands and complex full-funnel strategies.
