As a Customer Service Representative at RHI Magnesita, you will be the main point of contact between our clients and various departments involved in the trading process (logistics, sales, production, finance). You will manage the entire Order to Cash process, from entering the purchase order into our system to final delivery and cash collection. You will also have the opportunity to suggest and implement process improvements to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.Your tasks will include:
Evaluating the accuracy of contracts, purchase orders, and order confirmationsSupporting operational tasks involving logistics, import-export documentation, production rescheduling, and cash collectionAssisting internal and external clients with troubleshooting during the Order to Cash processEnsuring proper delivery of sales orders and accurate invoicingAbout You:

Preferably a university degree in Business Administration or International TradeProficient/Fluent in English;
