At ING we are looking for MarTech Data Collection EngineerYour role and work environment:We are looking for a talented and enthusiasticMarTech Data Collection Engineerto join ourEngagement FunnelTeam ofCustomer Interactions Tribe and Brand Experience CoEThe responsibility of this team is to implement a next gen Engagement funnel Platform stack, providing scalability and hyper-personalization to our customers, and our way of working is hybrid.We operate according to a Biz-Dev Ops development process and strongly believe in the Agile approach delivering IT solutions.The focus is on high-quality mission-critical target-oriented development with regular milestones.Feature delivery is driven by the priorities determined by the Business and Product Owners, working on a day-to-day basis with the IT organization.Your key responsibilities:As a MarTech Data Collection Engineer you will:Co-create innovative solutions with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing workflows and enhance customer engagement through advanced automation capabilities.Design and implement scalable tagging architectures and data-collection components, leveraging Java and JavaScript to ensure accurate and reliable event tracking.Develop and maintain Java-based services or utilities that support data collection, processing, and integration with analytics platforms.Configure, deploy, and validate client-side and server-side tags through enterprise tag management systems, ensuring high-quality data capture across digital channels.Partner with Digital Analytics teams to translate measurement frameworks into robust tracking specifications, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with business KPIs.Ensure data integrity, system performance, and compliance throughout the migration process, while implementing best practices for scalability and future growth.Provide technical guidance, maintenance and support during implementation, testing, and post-migration phases.What are we looking for?Want to know if this
