About the Role:
- Take ownership of designing and developing mission-critical features for large-scale, multi-tenant SaaS platforms in the insurance tech space.
- Work with a modern stack: Kotlin, Java, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, ReactJS, TypeScript.
- Lead and mentor high-performing engineers, driving innovation across domains.
- Operate in a true hybrid environment: 50% remote, 50% in-office, balancing flexibility with collaboration.

About You:
Proven leadership delivering complex systems in modern architectures (DDD, microservices, event sourcing, CQRS).
Hands-on experience with the above tech stack.
Strong communicator, team player, and mentor.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or related.
