We are currently looking for a Receptionist for Summer (June-August) to join our team at one of our residences in Salamanca, supporting our residents and visitors during a key operational period. As the face of the residence, you will play a central role in the day‑to‑day reception operations: welcoming residents and guests, handling queries, supporting check‑ins and check‑outs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an excellent service experience at all times. Key Responsibilities * Be the first point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, delivering a friendly, professional, and welcoming experience. * Manage front desk and telephone support, responding to queries, requests, and issues with a strong customer service focus. * Support check‑in and check‑out processes efficiently, particularly during busy operational periods. * Perform administrative tasks, manage correspondence, and maintain internal documentation. * Liaise closely with internal teams (Maintenance, Housekeeping, Operations) to ensure smooth day‑to‑day coordination. * Monitor building access, key handling, and ensure compliance with residence service standards. * Ensure company policies, procedures, and values are reflected in all aspects of the role through excellent customer service. Candidate Profile * Previous experience in reception or front desk roles, ideally within hospitality, student accommodation, or customer‑focused environments. * Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills. * High level of responsibility, organisation, and attention to detail. * Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, especially during peak periods. * Fluency in Portuguese and English is mandatory;
