About the role: The selected person will be a key member of the Product Development Team, playing a critical role in shaping the company's payment products and managing the full product lifecycle.
Responsibilities
* Owning the product development, evolution and maintenance of the current payments features
* Managing priority for the payment team and the product throughout the product lifecycle
* Defining the product vision and composing written specifications, ensuring functional requirements for new products and features are defined in detail
* Evaluating the quality of ongoing projects and ensuring production proceeds according to schedule
* Gathering and prioritising product and customer requirements
* Working closely with Development, Design, and Project Management teams to deliver world‑class payment products
* Defining long‑term, short‑term and daily work priorities to guide the Development Team
* Supporting Marketing and Sales to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met
* Ensuring new products and features are evaluated for usability and performance, employing focus‑group testing when necessary, analysing trends in the payment market and continuously reviewing the competitive landscape
