Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow developer to collaborate with a top global pharmaceutical company.
The role involves development, configuration, testing, and administration of the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities include customizing applications, workflows, dashboards, and Service Portals, as well as incident and request management, access control implementation (ACLs), platform testing, technical support, performance analysis, and documentation.
The developer will work with cross-functional teams and clients to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs, staying updated on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Over 3 years of ServiceNow development experience.
* Hands-on with core modules and custom app development.
* Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, ITIL, and relational databases.
* Experience in testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions.
* Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Analytical, proactive, and team-oriented mindset.
