This seasonal role is perfect for an experienced culinary professional with a background in Michelin-starred establishments, 3 rosette restaurants, and 5-star environments. Fluency in English is essential for this position.**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Menu Development and Execution**:
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and develop innovative and seasonal menus that meet the highest culinary standards.- Ensure flawless execution of dishes, maintaining consistency in presentation and taste.- **Team Leadership and Training**:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade, fostering a positive and efficient working environment.- Provide training and mentorship to junior chefs, ensuring continuous development and adherence to best practices.- **Quality Control and Standards**:
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety in compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.- **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and storage of ingredients.- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal use of resources to minimise waste and control costs.- **Customer Experience**:
- Engage with guests and receive feedback to enhance the dining experience and ensure customer satisfaction.- Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.- **Operational Efficiency**:
- Assist in scheduling and managing kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and dining areas.**Essential Requirements**:
- Proven experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants, 3 rosette establishments, and 5-star hotels.- Exceptional culinary skills with a strong understanding of contemporary cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication abilities.**Job Types**:
