We work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations to deliver a seamless client journey.Your Mission within KantoxAs Kantox grows, we are taking on larger-scale, more complex projects. You will be responsible for effectively scoping, planning, and implementing Kantox's Currency Management Automation software solutions with our corporate clients. Your goal is to provide an excellent customer experience and minimise time to revenue. Reporting to the Product Implementation Team Manager, you will:
- Lead clients in the definition and implementation of their business strategy using Kantox solutions, working closely with C-Level stakeholders.- Master our implementation framework to ensure all project deliverables are met on time and to the highest standard.- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, while monitoring progress and identifying potential issues.- Be the key link between our clients and our technology, managing the entire implementation process.- Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.- Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and prepare regular status reports.Who you areWe are looking for a professional and collaborative individual with a proven track record of managing software implementation projects.
