We are hiring a Full-Time Customer Care Specialist to join our team—a passionate, high-performing, and hands-on professional. As part of the Skinvity Team, your main mission will be to connect with our customers in Spain and Europe, ensuring they have an exceptional experience and fostering their loyalty to our brand.
Responsibilities:
1. Offer clients an exceptional experience with a friendly, positive, and proactive attitude.
2. Represent Skinvity's values in every customer interaction.
3. Address doubts, inquiries, incidents, or suggestions via Skinvity's channels (social media, email, phone), demonstrating a deep understanding of customer needs to provide personalized assistance.
4. Identify and understand customer needs to tailor actions accordingly.
5. Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our products to offer the best information and advice, and identify cross-selling opportunities when appropriate.
6. Ensure orders follow established procedures and resolve any deviations promptly.
7. Manage orders, returns, and incidents on logistics platforms and marketplaces.
8. Handle customer attention during relevant dates (promotions, holiday campaigns, flash sales, Black Friday).
9. Monitor departmental metrics to understand current performance and propose improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
10. Support pop-up events or consulting campaigns at locations such as El Corte Inglés as needed.
11. Collaborate effectively with team members, aligning individual goals with team objectives.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of successful experience in customer advisory roles (international experience is a plus).
* Proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish; Portuguese and French are valuable.
* Experience in the luxury or beauty sector is advantageous.
* Experience with social media platforms and e-commerce.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
