This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working mainly on backend logic and integrations, while still being comfortable understanding and contributing to the frontend when needed.
Role DescriptionAs a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend components of our applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements. You will collaborate closely with other developers, QA, support, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.While your main focus will be backend development, you will also have exposure to the frontend (Angular), allowing you to understand end-to-end flows and contribute when needed.
What will you do?· Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET .· Work with relational databases, writing efficient queries and supporting data-driven features.· Collaborate with frontend developers and contribute to Angular components when required.· Implement business logic, integrations, and system enhancements.· Participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
· Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues across different environments.· Work closely with QA and Support teams to resolve defects and production issues.· Contribute to technical design discussions and continuous improvement initiatives.· Participate in Agile ceremonies (Dailies, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).· Help maintain technical documentation and development best practices.
Qualifications· 3-4+ years of experience as a Software Developer, with a strong focus on backend development.· Solid knowledge of .NET / C# .· Experience working with SQL databases and data modelling.· Basic to intermediate knowledge of Angular (or similar frontend frameworks).· Experience building and consuming APIs.· Understanding of software development best practices (clean code, testing, version control).· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.· Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.· Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and positive attitude.· Experience working in Agile environments.
Nice to Have· Experience with Azure services and cloud-based architectures.· Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.· Experience working on enterprise or public-sector systems.· Exposure to performance, security, or scalability considerations.
