Your Mission
We are looking for an
entrepreneurial Business Developer
to join our international team and
develop the French market
from Barcelona.
You will play a key role in expanding Luxe Talent's presence in France by building strong relationships with brands in the
fashion, luxury and retail industries .
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys
business development, networking, strategic sales and international environments .
What You Will Do
• Identify and approach fashion, luxury and premium brands in the French market
• Develop new business opportunities and open strategic client accounts
• Build long-term partnerships with HR Directors, Retail Directors and CEOs
• Negotiate recruitment and talent development projects
• Promote Luxe Talent's recruitment and training services
• Collaborate with our international recruitment teams to deliver successful projects
• Contribute to the commercial strategy for the French market
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum
3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales or Consulting
• Strong interest in
fashion, luxury or retail industries
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven approach
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment
Languages:
French: fluent
English: professional
Spanish is a plus
